1. Logon to Vista with your usual account.
  2. Launch the cmd prompt (in accessories. right click and select 'Run as administrator'
  3. Enter Net user administrator password and hit enter 
  4. Enter Net user administrator /active:yes and hit enter 
  5. Switch User or logoff
  6. Logon as Administrator  Password password 
    (Your password should be different!)
