I finally traced my “nuisance” reboots to this software. Every time the software would update, the server would reboot itself after a few minutes. To turn off Clear Type (I recommend): In Internet Explorer 7 navigate to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced. Scroll down to Multimedia and uncheck the "Always use Clear Type for HTML" checkbox.
